HSRP Question

I'm wanting to put HSR in my city and I want it to be ground high speed rail (GSRP), I don't want elevated rail. Is this the file that I need to download (file).

Also, can GSRP cross things like avenues, roads, streets, and NWM.

Any help answering these question would be most appreciated.

    That is the correct file.

The Ground HSR tracks are designed to disallow at-grade crossings, as grade-separation is a must for any truly "high-speed" rail network, so it is not possible to simply drag a ground-level network (like an Avenue) across it. There are NAM overpass pieces for it, however, and the Elevated HSR network does allow underpasses. The NWM was designed so as to allow underpasses with NWM networks under Elevated HSR (orthogonal-only) as well.

If you are specifically wanting at-grade crossings, GLR or plain old Rail would be much better suited.
