CAM bug

hi i have the cam and i am having trouble getting the huge 4x4 skyscrapers that were oriangley stage 8 now are stage 9-11 it says you like 105,000 commercial jobs for the big co$$ skyscrapers and 132,000 for the big co$$ i have that many in my cities so i zone 4x4,s but instead it splits up in to ugly stage 7 buildings like grabber cooperator suites and horrible wren insurance is this a bug or am i doing something wrong oh BTW my biggest cam city has 400,000 commercial if this is a bug then i will quit the CAM and will go back to maxis oreglne stage thing where i know i can get the huge 4x4 skyscrapers or i will make my own so any help would be nice oh and hears the link for the stageshttps://www.sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=3578.0

This is not a CAM bug. The stage limits merely show probabilities. Growth with CAM is more gradual and realistic, and the game is more challenging as a result.

It's also important that you don't have custom content Stage 8 skyscrapers that are not CAMpatible. You should restrict your cities to Maxis content, CAMpatible buildings, and buildings that are approximately CAMpatible (i.e., have a similar number of occupants to similar sized Maxis or CAM buildings of the same stage).

Personally, I think CAM is the next best mod after the NAM.

If you do want to use non-CAM buildings, make sure you have close to the max amount of stages in order for them to properly grow.
