If you bought it on Steam then it is the newest one. So you are saying that the first city crashes when loading, but the second city doesn't? If so, try renaming your plugins folder (the game will create a new one). Do not transfer your plugins to the new one. Then try loading the 1st city. If it loads, then a plugin is probably causing the problem. If it doesn't load then you can rule that out.

So it isn't a plugin causing the problem. Please post the first 20 lines only of your latest exception report.

From your previous posts, it seems that only one city is involved? Does the city crash while loading - if so, when - or does it crash after it has loaded and you are playing? If it crashes while loading, there are a couple things to check. Have you ever used a terrain mod in the crashing city that you may have moved out of your plugins? Same with any custom seaports or airports - have you used any of those in that city?

Hmmm... Since you've never removed any plugins, it sounds like either something exists or grew in the city that might be conflicting with something you added, but you also mentioned that you did remove all plugins and crashing still occurs. If you remember what you added just before the crashing started, you could try removed just that. Also, have you placed any plugins in the Program Files SimCity 4/Plugins folder?

Other than that, the city file itself may have become corrupted. Do you happen to have a backup of the region?

More or less i belive that it just whent corrupted. I actually never make backups for regions as i have never hade issue like this befor. And if something grow that makes it crash, should i crashed at the last time i visited it?

Perhaps, but what I meant was something that had grown in the city before the latest save could be conflicting with something you had added after that but before the crashing started. I wasn't sure if/when you added any new plugins.

One of the most common causes of corrupt cities is switching to a new process before the save finishes. The loss of focus does strange things to the game.
