Registration to SimCity.com

I have tried several times to register to the Sim City 4 official site, have plugged in the registration code for my game, and have done all the steps that the registration instructions tell me to do, yet, when I "finish" registration, and I am told that I will be sent an email for my password confirmation, I never receive the email, and therefore am unable to download anything from the site (i.e. the transportation pack).

Your e-mail may have gone into your junk folder. Did you look there?

Your e-mail may have gone into your junk folder. Did you look there?

Thanks, Moose! I took a look at the thread, and it had everything. I did check my junk folder, and it wasn't there. Also, I am sure many people know about this already, but EA's e-mail address doesn't work (I got a failure notice). But, I will call them, and hopefully it will work after that. But thanks again!
