harbor and airport mods

I tried searching for a mod where i can plop individual tiles to make massive harbors and air ports but I cant find what it would be. I have seen some pictures of people doing it, can it be done in one download or do you have to download many pieces. any advice would help. thanks

You could try one of the custom airports that are on the STEX. If you can't find them, there is a topic in the ST Exchange forum to ask directions.

Pegasus has some custom harbors that might work for you.

For airports, you might want to try the AC Functional airports. It has several premade functional airports. It also includes functional terminals and runways to create your own. It has a lot of dependencies, but it is worth it.
