Agriculture Demand

Hey Everyone:

I need help growing farms in developed cities...

The city population is around 40.000 and I-A/R demand is at 0 so I know I should have planned ahead and grown farms first, but well... I didn't.

So I have I-A/R taxes at 0.0%, the super I-A/R demand ordinance on AND I have SPAM installed.

Is there ANYTHING I can do to get farms to grow?

Any help is appreciated!

Sorry old man. As one moose to another, you have made a fatal error. Once the population threshold is reached, you might as well move to a new tile and start your Ag city there.

pre-SPAM it was 30G's. It may have gone up a little, but I notice the same thing, and I am running SPAM as well.
