Downloading Error

    Hey guys,

    so I'm getting this "[#10863] You may not download any more files until your other downloads are complete" error, but I know I'm not in the midst of downloading anything. I have tried shutting off and turning on the internet again, clearing cookies,, logging out and logging back in, and restarting the computer too. Not sure what the problem is. My old harddrive died, so I'm on a downloading spree to get again most of what is lost. Anyone know what the issue could be?

    ive been getting this error too, any ideas?

    SimCity is still being developed, just because something isn't in the game right now, doesn't mean it won't be in the final game.

    I can't download at all. I get the download file screen, but when I press to download nothing happens. I'm assuming it's due to the intermittent glitches? Hope it gets fix. This is a new site for me and it looks wonderful!

    Welcome to the conversation.

    That problem is probably associated with your node (machine). Make sure your firewall allows www.simtropolis.com to use file transfers.

    What browser are you using?

    If you are not running a firewall, is your machine protected? You should run a virus scan.
