ok, I need help registering my copy of sc4 deluxe. Where do I find the serial number. I have tried the random codes on the instructions but it says it was already registered or it doesn't exist. Help

Did you purchase a used game? If you're being told that the number you're using is already registered, then the previous owner may have registered it.

In which case, unless you know the previous owner, you are stonkered and discombobulated. You need the previous owner's userid and password. You can communicate with EA and explain your problem, but you had better have proof of ownership. Otherwise, go buy your own new copy.

Also, you can't register your SC4, if it is the one that is distributed as vanilla by Cosmi.
