Hi! I'm playing SC and an old question come to my mind. Usually, when I play my regions grow normal but when some areas (for example residentials) become big, the skyscraper become "old", is not abandoment, is just that the richness of the building pass form, for example, from $$$ to $$ even if there is $$$ demands. How can I avoid this situation?

Increase education, health and security. Use more parks, less pollution.

Rich people dont like pollution, they like to feel safe, living in a beautiful area.

Heavy transit could be a cause too, because of the pollution and noise it generates.

Thank, is what I figured... the heavy transit and the park must be because security, health and education are fine.

Suggestion? Because about the trafic even with the NAM mod some areas have heavy transit and the noise I don't know how to reduce it.
