Nice looking region!

Plenty of room to grow and maybe get a few downtown areas aswell. The south coast looks interesting and I like the rivers.More terraforming may need to be done, but good start none the less.

I also use the name Europa alot.I even have a side region named Europa....So good name for the new C.j. aswell!

Very nice work! I love the region view, cycledogg's terrain mod has really shown it's beauty in that picture. 4.gif

    Hello my friends:
I must apologize for not presenting you with a proper (and timely) update.
Toronto (where I live) was hit with a record setting flood on Friday. 8.gif Being a carpet cleaner (cleaning flood disasters comes with the job) I worked a 14 hour shift cleaning up commercial building flooding. 46.gifI have another long shift (both Saturday and Sunday) which explains the lack of a full and timely update. 8.gif I am also unable to respond to your questions and comments at this time43.gif I am sorry but there isn't much I can do. Hopefully everyone understands. 43.gif I will respond to comments next update which, if not Sunday evening EST, will for sure be Monday evening EST.

I would like to present a Prelude Remix of the updated Satellite and Transportation map of Pax Europa.

2s stated that the water looked weird and he was right.9.gif Sometimes when you look at a map (or whatever) too many times you become blind to the obvious43.gif I originally had a different water texture, then changed it a little later. You'll find as I learn and experiment more I will change several things until I'm satisfied I got it right (I told you I am pretty new to all this Right 9.gif)
I have added some aesthetics to both the Satellite and Trasport pictures.
    I hope you like29.gif

    Now it looks good!

I must say that work sometimes gets in the way for me aswell so if you gotta take time away from SC4 then we all understand and hey how many people make money off of Floods?

At least the more you work the more you make right?

    Anyway great job!44.gif

Cjah  Thanks buddy. Yeah I love the small community feel too. Especially with picturesque scenery19.gif
Thanks for your support. As a matter of fact I'm heading over to Bostalk as soon as I'm finished updating44.gif

Warwick is similar to Wessex except that I will be developing a Seaport and Industry to the Southeast eventually (possibly Chapter 2)
It is dominated by it's Main Street in the Northwest
of town where Warwick connects to Wessex:

Good work so far sorchin. Love the region map, looks like there's plenty of room to expand, if you so wish.

Using the red brick streets in Wessex has given a unique look, i like it. 44.gif

I just found this CJ.  I must say that I like it so far.  It has a European name, so I can only assume that it is patterned after someplace European.  I'm from the US, so I don't have much experience with that part of the world. 2.gif

That fact asside, I have to say I like what I am seeing.  You have a very European feel to your CJ, but yet you have added a lot of more American components to your cities (things like George Washington and Abe Lincoln Stations.)

You are definitely off to a great start.  I will most certainly be tagging along for the ride on this one.  May not always get to post because of real life issue, but I'll be lurking none the less. 29.gif

Great job man... keep em coming... 44.gif

Peng74    Hello and thank you 44.gifAlthough I like to expand slowly and it may take awhile (or longer) there is definitely room to expand. 9.gifYes the red brick does look nice. However the new street MOD's coming out lately, especially the one's catering to the sidewalk to grass to parking lot problem (take a look at the church's parking lot and how there is a piece of grass in-between the road and parking lot) are only working with the original grey street.45.gif So although you'll see red brick in below and possibly a coulple of other areas,  I'm switching back to the grey street texture...Hopefully that will change with a new MOD that caters to the red brick street.48.gif
aldara6166   Actually it's not patterned after anywhere. 1.gifI will say however I visited Bath England many years ago and it has had a lasting impact on me. 19.gifPerhaps the Cumberland area will be influenced by Bath... I'm not sure yet. I live in Canada and have relatives living throughout the US, hence the American names. The reason for the English municipality names is simply... well... I love the names (LOL) Sorry I'm unable to be more specific. 43.gifbtw Thanks for your compliments my friend and lurk anytime you wish.44.gif

OK... on to Kent which is located just north of Wessex (see map below). This is my first Farm & Industry laden area. I have since added some residential as well. The Industry caters to both Wessex and the developing Flemming County to the north.
    enjoy the pics...

Devon is almost completely industry and farmland with a smattering of small homes. It would be an unexceptional municipality if it wasn't for Mount Fraiser. This is the lone mountain that is smack-dab in the middle of the (known) region. I have plans of terraforming a big waterfall on the mountain in the future. That should be interesting9.gif but for now it will have to wait.
    On to the pics...

    Hello everyone:

Today I will be showing two city areas instead of one. Dorset and Essex are both small industry and farming areas that provide jobs for  primarily Warwick and -to a lesser extent- Wessex.
enjoy. As always, comments, questions and suggestions are welcome44.gif
