[MOD] new color for R1&R4 resident layer

Hi,

A new small mod

As i don't like the brown color used for unqualified worker, not very visible for my taste, i change it in a pinkish one.

I also modified elite colour in raising the initial yellow tint.

To be complete, i would modified the legend of the panel, but for the moment i am not able to find which files are used in this
