NAM PROBLEM

so i downloaded NAM, put it inside the plugins folder, and when I start playing the game with this, all the housing zones that i made show up as having no access to a road with a sign on top, and those wont go away even if i wait YEARS. what can i do to solve this problem?

A couple things to consider...

1. Depending on the size of the city, i could take several years for the simulator to equalize - could take up to 8 to 10 years.

2. Do you have a right or left hand version of the game? When installing NAM, it is important to chose the correct drive side option. Do you have any rail networks? If so, do they appear to function correctly?

3. When you say "...downloaded NAM, put it inside the plugins folder..." did you use the installer version or the Mac version. If the Mac version, there are things that need to be removed manually to have the correct setup.

4. Have you also installed any of the NAM addons (SAM, RHW, NWM, HSR, etc.)?

I had the same problem, i started the city over by obliviating it, it worked fine then. Also check if all your residential street to avenue connections are good, and that people can access them correctly. Idk why this kind of thing happens
