Odd Ferry Problem

    Got a little problem here:

    The ferry port in question is correctly placed with only the last row of tiles over the water. Ithas all hte right gnomes to make it into a functional ferry, and the road tiles are TE from start to end. Since this image was taken I have replaced the toll road prop, removed the ramp, and replaced all TE tiles in SC4 Tool.

    The ferry actually functions: ferry automata arrives and departs, the stats are updated, and the ferry's routes show on the region map. I have tried to replace it with another ferry, in which case the no road access zot does not appear. While that will solve the immdeiate problem I would like to know what is wrong with this ferry and why the zot appears in the first place.

    Any and all suggestions are much appreciated.

    I think you need a road entering it from the middle and right (facing inland) tiles. Failing that you may actually need to see the game trying to path to it somehow.

    The road connection is there, and the pathing is correct - as far as I can tell. The ferry does work.

    Pathing looks fine, Doc, but there must be a switch in the exemplars you've missed.  I am as puzzled as you, and I hope someone can help you.  Meanwhile, consider tastyzots
