Gnarly BATs

In between evenings of shredding the gnar gnar on the slope, I like to come home to my cabin in the woods and practice some batting. Now that may or may not be true but in all seriousness this is my BAT thread. Im not an expert or anything but I have been fooling around with the tools for quite some time and I do believe I have reached some level of aptitude. Granted, I'm not sure how the rendering and what not works, as I am working in 3ds Max, however, I shall cross that bridge when I get to it eh?

Feel free to give advice and comments. In fact please do!

My first project will be a large luxurious hotel

I'm not sure what i'll call it but tentative working title is the Jacksonian Hotel. Its inspired by a grand hotel I just recently visited. Just to give you all an idea of my plan:

The lower grey block is what will end up being the basement level. On top of that will be where the outdoor patios will be and the balconies will work off of that. The little thing sticking out up front will be where the main entrance is. The lower floor is rather tall, that is where the grand entrance, lobbies, conference rooms, and all other typical first floor items will be. The two wings on the back should be built up a bit more, they will host more amenities, and above them will be wings to each floor with more rooms. Between those, in the octagonal building, is the grand dining room, connected to the body via a "bridge". The upper 4 floors are fairly simple, just straight forward hotel rooms.

Since you're using 3ds Max, the first thing to do is to go to the BAT4Max thread stickied in this forum to get BAT4Max.
