First of all too much water supliers. Connect pipes to water supplier to provide water throughout the city. Ps. may you need to build a water filtration system, because of high water polution.49.gif

It doesn't seem like anything bad is happening. Probably just a faulty error message.

There are a few orange parts on the map, you should try to fill these up and see what happens.

The orange parts are covered now but i still get the message. Very strange...

Also when i open the utility advisor sometimes the message is that there is not enough water but sometimes it disappears for a few seconds ?!

It could be a supply issue. Query one of your water producing buildings to see how much of it's capacity is being used. If it's close to 100%, then if a new building pops up, your demand may exceed your supply. Then a building gets abandoned and you're back to where you have enough water again, which would cause the intermittent message.

Pollution may also be shutting down pumps intermittently, which causes the same sort of problem (your demand temporarily exceeds your supply).

You may have already done this but have you tried looking at your water graph? It shows a clear representation of how much water is produced, the dark line and the water consumed, the blue line. If blue is really close to the dark line you simply need more water as the city you're selling to is probably going a lot than you have left. I make this dumb mistake every time I try to sell power.
