does any one know what dependency or file im missing? i may have taken something out of my plugin folder that has to do with mountains and snow levels but when ever i try to load a tile with mountains (even though other tiles will load) it crashes to the desktop.

in the past i was trying to get the snow levels to decrease but now i realized that mountainous tiles wont load at all.

    is the 500m file maybe?

i hope some one can help because its putting a clamp on my progress.

The simplest thing to do is put the mods or whatver you took out, back.  Then you can investigate the proper way to remove it.  If you have used it extensively, your terrain may be dependent on it, in which case, you are stuck with it, or have to start a new region.

I have said, again, and again, that all plugins need to be tested, singly and ensuite in a Sandbox before committing them to any important city tile.

I suggest you contact the author of your plugin, when you have it fully identified, and ask about taking it out.  It is a pretty good use of the PM (Private Message).  You may have to use the site the author generally inhabits which may not be this one.

i lost track somewhere though, ive add mods that maybe have a conflict with CP meadowshire, but ive check everything in and out of my plugin folder, maybe for instance the marble rock mod conflicts with the rendering of mountains, but i cant pinpoint it.

General investigation using a Sandbox is the next step in diagnosing a thing like this.

Make a Sandbox region by simply creating it from the region menu.  If some cities need mountains for testing, terraform some in.

Then move all your plugins (including the candidates you took out) to a folder on your desktop.  Verify that the game runs without any plugins by opening the game in the Sandbox and running a city for a bit.

If all is OK, start the usual binary search in your plugins for the problem.  If you don't know how to do this, there are lots of threads that show you how.  If you have less than 1025 plugins, you should hit the bad stuff in nine tries or less.  Ten if you have 2048 or less.

This is the kind of thing that, because of the number of variables involved, only you can solve.
