Deluxe Edition Coming Soon!!

Aspyr's website says SC4 Deluxe is in Final Candidate.

This makes me wonder:

1) If this is simply a bundle of RH and SC4, why did we pay $45 for each when they're just going to charge probably $50 for the whole package?

1b) If this is simply a bundle, what the hell took so long?

2) If this includes special content, do they actually expect us to buy the Deluxe Edition too?

Anybody heard any other details on this timely innovation from the state-of-the-art folks at Aspyr?

That's alright, it's worth clarifying that I'm referring to a Mac version of Deluxe.

Oh man. SC4 deluxe on Mac?! If Aspyr fixes that ugly grid problem and that BAT nightlighting issue, I'm going to squeal like a little kid and rush to go buy this. My Dell is definitely going out the window if this works out. My fingers are crossed. 16.gif

Aspyr did not only leave lots of bugs in the release version of RH. The binary format is weak and debug symbols have been forgotten to remove. Parts of it can be transformed into C++ code including the comments.

Just like so many other things done at parties, the bump wasn't worth it in the morning.
