Overpasses blink

    My overpasses for avenues blink during the day time.  I've had this problem before and the entire city blew up and became a hole. Although I can't say for sure that this problem caused the blow up but still I'd like to correct the blinking problem.

    I have Vista and have the video display set to Highest 32 bit, 1280 pixels by 800 ( the highest setting possible).

    Strange.  Please read the first sticky in this list, and supply the necessary information.

    Do you have any plugins?  If you have the NAM, do you have the latest version?
