Globexco's version 4 unlocker will be the next expected unlocker. He has not passed a certain date at this time.

Yes there will be an unlocker in Cities XL 2011. It will be version 4 but GlobexCo has a while to go before it is released. You should not post from the same computer EVER again until you get a new provider. You should use FireFox if you do not already.

Ocram's Razor: Though "more things shouldn't be used than are necessary," they're just too fun to pass up! Expect many verbose arguments from me. I will try to write abstracts before or short summaries after from now on.
