Ok, so there is no way to place blueprints without having resources (like in CXL09)?

Hi everyone, I have a question.... Is there a mod for Cities XL 2011 that unlocks the blueprints, so they can be placed without needing resources? I have unlocker 4 (and it is great) but it does not let me place blueprints without having resources. If anyone knows a way to do this, please let me know. Thanks a lot!! P.S. I was wondering, is the Transamerica Pyramid included in CXL2011? I cannot find it. Thanks!

there is no landmarks button in sandbox mode or unlocker though.. does someone know how to get it?

Hi, I have a question. Is there a 'landmark' menu in CXL2011? With GlobexCo's unlocker, I was hoping it would have the blueprints as landmarks so I could place them without resources, like in 2009, but I can't find the landmarks and I dont know how to put them without using resources.. Also, I cant find the 'pyramid building' from san fransisco! PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks!!

HELP!! I have downloaded and installed the unlcoker, and, in the game, I seem to be missing some buildings! It does not appear. I have many unlocked things, but no empire state building, london building, other nyc building, san fransisco pyramid, and a few others.. HELP!! thanks!
