Hi Guys, this is my newest creation, hope you enjoy..here are some previews, more pics to follow soon followed by statistics including population.

The City is now thriving with people, here we can see a salesman trying to sell the ford.

The city streets in the centre of the city are bustling with people as you can see from the pictures below.

This is the newest form of transportation that has hit the city recently, it brings the people from the big suburbs from the eastern side of the city into the industrial park on the western side of the city.

Here you can see the lights of the city from the neighbouring hillside.

Thanks! i dont like the typical american styled grided streets, i like to mix it up for a more irish feel to it, proper update to follow later on!

Ok Guys time for an update!

Population - 220,095

Unemployment was a very big problem for the city a couple of years ago, so much so that the population reduced from 91,000 to just 50,000! However the problem was fixed and taxes were dropped to 12% and the population and region is experiencing steady growth!

This is the newest out of town shopping centre that has recently set up - Carrefour.

Looking to the new north-western suburban town, once a small village is now a continuation of the city

Here is an aerial view of the city, you can see that it has expanded outwards a bit from the last overview, suburban towns have popped up to the south and north west of the city.

Looks beautiful! Nicely laid out, I like the tracks running through like that.

What are your graphics settings. I'm also wondering how big of a difference does having a HD monitor vs not having one make in this game. I 'm assuming a good amount?

Two things are holding me back from re buying. i really want more N.American style single family dwellings and the ability to have smaller lots. Those two things just drove me nuts when playing. Little things like parking lots/more attention to detail things that you would find in a real city. and removal of those ad's would be great too. Anyways very nice man~!
