Lots not growing?

I have SC4 Deluxe with latest update and nightlight update. But then this happens? Please help.

The lots are Azuriko Plaza II and the Meridian Condos. There are some more but for starters I want to solve these Problems first.

Are these Maxis buildings or ones you downloaded?

Perhaps they have the "Growing Empty Lot" issue - more informeation here. I did see the Azuriko Plaza II by DuskTrooper on the list but not Meridian Condos. Is it the one by Xyloxadoria?

The buildings are someone I have downloaded. And Yes Meridian by Xyloxadoria.

Yup, I got that once I installed Azuriko plaza. I would recommend you to bulldoze it and unistall it, since you may have troubles.

Are there anyone that can help me, and tell me what value to change to make these buildings grow. I have read something about the parent cohort, but anyone for some help. I like the buildings.
