Negative Residential Development

    Help! My new region has high commercial and industrial demand but negative residential demand! I installed super demand, yet it just increases C and I demand but not R! 15.gif Any ideas for help?

    How big is your city? You may have it a population cap. Have you tried starting a new city and checking the demand there?

    There is also a mod that has ordinances which increase R, C and/or I. You pick what you want.

    Also, as joshriddle said, you may have a demand cap.
