Download Problems

I am having an issue with loading new lots and mods from this site. I can down load the lot and get all the files except the zip file to finish loading into the plugin folder. I am running Windows 7. Could this be the problem or am I missing a step somewhere? I love this site but most of the buildings and modds are useless to me because I cannot load them.

Maybe you're looking in the wrong place for your zip folder.

If you have all of the extracted files from the zip folder you no longer need the zip folder.

Hi! I see what you mean, if you extracted the files then you are good to go. Did it get fixed?

When you run your zip file program is it giving you

an error message:No zip file to open.

Things you can try if so:

Re-download the file & try extracting it again.

(sometimes a file might not download correctly or get corrupt).

Try downloading a different file to see if you get the same problem.

(if a file continues to not open after downloading click the report file

button on the files Page & send a report to the staff so they can check it).
