The metro looks nice.  I think the surface tracks themselves look quite similar to freight tracks, even if there aren't really freight trains.

Sorry but I think it looks horribly unrealistic. The main issue is the lots are all the same size and are way to large. City lots are not square and are usually rectangles in the real world. Plus I notice that there are no back alleys. The whole effect of having such huge lots is the game has very little detail. People want to create their own unigue cities but the options are so limiting because the lots are so large.

did u use cheat for unlocked buildings? i think it's impossible to build skyscrapers with only 100k population. maybe i'm wrong - i've played the game only for couple of days.
