Realistic Fountain Water?

I have been trying to make a fountian  but i cant seem to get the water to look right.

I have tried using Autodesk water and the Ocean Lume Shader to no avail:

What should i use to get nicer looking water?

Here is the real thing, how do i get the reflection look like in that. I have tried online tutoirals but no amount of bump or displacement maps can get me anything but a plain color.

I'm trying to make a fountain too, i think the better material is the glass solid geometry of arch&design with smoke on displacement and caustics! The night scene is allright with this and lights, but i'm not sattisfied yet!! I will post photos soon as possible!!! Ah and i'm not copying you, i sware, my fountain has a geometry like your, semms like your, this geometry perfect with egons really modern architecture!! But your is more worked them mine!! Sorry for english not my 1
