 This is my latest BAT based on the notorious Robert Taylor Homes of Chicago

They still need a lot of work, particularly on the details and textures, but I think they are an improvement over your previous attempts. Look at the buildings in question, look at everything in the composition, the details in and around the windows, the structure of the entrances, the shape and functionality of roof elements, etc and be sure to realize and implement them in your model. A god exercise would be to pick out something small, like a house or shop, look at it and inspect everything on the building, then add all that you see into your model. The result will be much closer to reality, and therefore look much more believable in game.

The flat thin roof overhanging the top edge of the walls is so fundamentally off that it makes my eyes hurt. This is BATting "off the top of one's head," so to speak, and not with any framework or reference or research.
