Changing Prices for lots

 Hi does anyone know if their is a way to change  maintenance costs for buildings in SimCity, such as parks etc

ps. sorry if in rong forums but im new and this site is unclear 3.gif

    Not that I can think of. But if you design a BAT you can edit prices and all that, just not with the ingame buildings.

    Then again SC4Tool might do the trick.

    I had a look at that SC4 tool but it crashed on me :S

    I will looks at bat but where is the lastest on, does it work on Windows 7?

    To my knowledge, you will have to have Microsoft Net Framework 1.0 I think for SC4Tool to run properly. You can download it here. In the bottom of the description, there is a link to Net.

    As for BAT, to my knowledge it runs on Windows 7. However I don't know if it runs on 64 bit platform. You can download the BAT here or here.

    You don't need SC4Tool for this - you can do it in Ilive's Reader. You just have to change the "Budget Item: Cost" property to what you want. And you can enter the value in decimal.
