SC4 won't reconize the registration code!

I reter the code correctly, every number and letter, yet it doen't reconize it. Is this my problem ore the games?

It isn't you if it doesn't recognize the code than there is a problem with the game not you , the only thing you can do is try and try

Did you type it right? If it is all caps, all caps?

Return the game for a new copy.  There is a chance you have an illegal game.  Don't mess with it.

Just close the browser, open again and go the site, and log in. Your details (including registration code) should be confirmed. I had the same problem as you, but it turned out, that it was a site bug rather than an incorrect registration code, that caused the problem.

I bought it in The Sim City Box at Best Buy. I had to reset my computer, and I tried installing it, but it didn't work. I am stack at the registation code. I also got it months ago.
