Overpass/Underpass

Is it possible to make a dual overpass/underpass like in Bath, Maine with Route 1? Near the bridge to Woolwich they have a small bridge going over their highway, with a very, very small diamond style setup, where the exits go up to the road crossing over the highway, while other exits are parallel and continuing down the hill. At the bottom of the hill, Washingon St. passes under Route 1, about 2 blocks after the overpass on High St. Can I make a similar setup with a hill and an elevated highway?

Well I don't really understand what your talking about, I live no where near Maine. However you can accomplish some pretty crazy interchanges by just trying things out. I know for a fact you can make multi level interchages, you just have to do it with your own intuition, there are no puzzle peices to acomplish what you want, yet. But with the combination of some different addons and mods you can create something that you'll probably end up likeing even more. I've done it lots of times. That's the best thing about this game, unlimited expeirmentation. See what you can come up with!
