Hi, I don't really do that well with GMAX but I'm great on Sketchup.  But textures with Sketchup look terrible.  I was wondering if anybody would want to be part of a BATing "partnership" with me.  I would make the models on Sketchup, export them to GMAX, email the file to you and then you would texture it and email it back to me and I would then render and lot it and then upload it to the STEX.  You would get full credit for what you have done.  Just wondering if anybody is intersted in this.

And how would we know these are your Sketchup models?  Not a week ago, you posted in the STEX forum about the ethics of uploading pre-made Sketchup models that you downloaded from elsewhere.

So, when you say "I'm great on Sketchup," do you mean "I'm great on downloading Sketchup models?"  And when you say you don't do that well in gmax, have you really tried?  Really, truly, sincerely tried?  For more than an hour?

A general note to everyone starting out -

BATting takes time, folks.  It takes time to learn, it takes time to perfect.  If you want things "now, NOW, NAOW" and don't have the patience to learn (be it modelling, texturing, nightlighting, lotting, modding, testing, etc.) then you can never be any good at it.

GOOD TEXTURES ARE MADE, NOT FOUND.
(I get tired of saying that in BAT threads.)

The files are all mine. If they were downloaded I would say so.

I was just curious, maybe somebody really likes to do texturing, who knows?  In that case this would be perfect.  I was just asking an question.
