I have all the dependency needed for this lot but i got this one, any solution? thanks

It seems like you're missing the SC4 model itself...check to see if you have the model file. If you do have the model file, then you missed a dependency somewhere...do you have the download link by any chance?

Possibly, it might be the "grown an empty lot" issue. Just demolish it, it will most likely grow elsewhere properly. Alternately, you might have your detail levels set too low. Change them in the graphics settings.

I have the model at the same folder anyway the name of the lot is Hokyldaryon Row Home, this also happens on my Harbour View Plaza some are ok but some of them are empty lot. anyway the details are set in high settings.
