Mixed-Use Zoning

I am new here, so I am not sure if this has been asked before, but...

is there a download to create mixed-use zones in Sim City 4?

That might be impossible to do, but I figured I would ask.

If not, are there any building packs that include multiple mixed-use buildings?

First off, welcome to Simtropolis, Zundo!

Unfortunately, there hasn't been a mod to allow mixed-use zones.  Attempts to add any sort of new zones have proven unsuccessful.

Thats unfortunate.

I want to make main streets/ mixed-use districts, so I am trying to figure out the best way to accomplish that task. I guess I could download a bunch of buildings, but there probably is a better way. I really want to be able to create mixed use buildings and determine the height/density of the buildings as well. Not sure if there is a mod or other type of download that would help?
