Need link to BSC Texture Pack 1

I recently downloaded a BAT with the following dependency:

BSC Texture Pack 1

I have tried searching it here on Simtropolis, on SC4D, and finally, on Google. Havent found anything. If someone would be kind enough to post a link id appreciate it !

It probably is. Why cant I download it though? There's no download button... 0.o

To download things at the LEX, you will need to create a Sim City Devotion account. The download button should appear after that. I had that problem too, almost cried because I didn't know (I wanted to download NAM).
