BAT night lights

All the lights on the buildings i download from the BAT don't work. I heard something about a mod or patch but can't find, any help is good. Thanks.

you should ask this question in the BAT threads...were BAT stupid here, at least I am. you would probably have more luck.

Did u ever find out how to fix that problem with the lights ? I am having the same one.

There is a patch you have to download on the official SC4 website. It's at the bottom of the BAT page but you need to register your game over there before you can download it.

There is a certain patch, which can be found in the simcity 4 BAT page on the official site.

The download is here. It fixes the problems which new BATs can cause and is nessicary to use custom BATs properly. Find more info here. The link is on that page, down on the left under simcity 4 update.

I assure you that that patch will fix all your BAT problems, good luck!

when i download BAT buildings, the lights don't work i have downloaded the patch already and installed it, i followed every instruction, but the lighst still don't work does anyone knows how to fix it

there is the possiblity that the maker of the lot didn't put any lights in the building  eg they maker never thought to check the nighttime look of the lot...just veiwed in the day and thought everything was okmaybe or it could be a lot made before the maker had the batlight fix themselves

 

what particular buildings are you having trouble with...list one or some if possible..i could give the a try here, let you know if I get any lighting

 

or is all the buildings that you download  ?

It ahppens at every BAT building i download. on the picture you see of the building, there you see the night lights, so the problem is not that the maker of it didn't put any lights at the buildings

the only thing I can suggest is you visit the official site...download the bat night light fix manually and install it manually...maybe something was corupted on the the first attempt...i can't think of any, or heard or any  mod conflicts that would cause this problem

 

are you on a PC or a MAC ?

when i trie to instal it manualy, it says: old file not fond. howevera file of the same name was found. no update done since file contents do not match.    what does that means????
