bad CAM

i downloaded the CAM and it seems to work fine in existing cities, but when ever i start a new city, either residential or commercial demand is negative unless i lower the taxes to about one percent  

has anyone else experienced this problem? is there a patch or fix that i am not aware of?

EDIT: after deleting the CAM i still have demand issues in new cities for CS$$$, CO$$ and CO$$$. it remains negative even when their taxes are set to zero percent

ah ha i have solved the problem i believe to be known as the CAM demand bug. here is how to avoid it: before starting a new city, make sure the CAM is removed from your plugin directory. put it anywhere else. then go into the game and start a new city. when you have a hundred or so people, save and exit the game. put the CAM back into plugins. then start up the game and go to that city. demand should be very high again.

No, you have some other problem.. it works fine in both cases.. Review the installation instructions and review your process to find your errors. You might come back if you have some specific questions.

edit: hmm.. there may be some passing issues.. I see there is a related thread.. you may find some enlightenment there. I haven't had previous issues, but I guess some have.
