Hospital issues

 I was recently cleaning up my plugins folder and moving some files around.  When I was finished, and went back into my city and all of my hospitals had patient levels that are twice there max.  The number of patients in all of my hospitals total more than my entire city population.  Does this sound like I am missing a mod?  I have looked but couldn't find anything.  Also when I go to the list in my budget window, a name error appears as well and I can't adjust the slider.  I also can't find the hospital on the map to delete it.  Any help would be appreciated.

Well I think is a mod.

And to find th hospital put to see the Health Vision, the poor halth areas are red, th good are gren. Thehospitals will apeear in a highlighted green.

well first, welcome to Simtropolis!

Before you cleaned out your plugin folder were you using a downloaded hospital in your cities? If so then that is the cause of your problem. If you still have your plugins that you moved out (possibly in the recycling bin?) just put everything back into your plugin folder (so you dont need to sift though and look for a specific file) and go to each city, find and delete the hospitals and replace them with maxis ones or a different downloaded one you are going to keep in your plugin folder.
