just curious, when I first saw this map, it reminds me of China. But is it Chiina? :-)

It is a map from the far northwest part of China, CORRECT!!! ding ding ding! Anyhoo, it is from the Shelikhova Gulf, just north of the Sea of Okhotosh. The part shown in the map is the foothills of the Kolyma Mountain Range, as it progressively slopes upward. It shows a full quarter of the gulf on the waters at the east end.

Quick reference, it is saved using Mapper, created with a greyscale, the next maps I make will use the SC4M file for convenience to the downloader. Thank you for your interest in this map!
