I have been struggling to get these to work using the latest version of RHW with no success.

On the RHW-4 if I drag the road like any other - I can get the arrows to come up.  When I use the connector pieces, it looks mismatched.

In either case only freight trucks use the RHW 8.gif

I have searched everywhere - and posted this as a last resort.

You must drag the RHW to the edge of the city, and approve the neighbor connection. The once done, you need to place the connector pieces, rotate (home/end) until the lines match up. Also, if there are any tiles between your roadways, you will need the invisible pieces, with the arrows pointing between the two sides of your RHW.

Uh no the RHW can carry any travel type that can travel on roads. Only neighbor connections (when built improperly) carry only frieght due to the fact that frieght only needs a valid exit point, not a valid entrance point. Car and bus require both valid entrance and exit points, and they must be on the same time (Ave and maxis highway are excluded - exe trigger)

I don't know what to put here anymore.

If you're dragging the NCs properly and using the NC pieces properly as well, and all the arrows point outwards and when you query the NC, you see underground cars, that means you did everything right.

Note that absolutely nothing can be done about the arrows. The arrows were only meant to be an indicator of a valid NC on a single-tile network. They were never designed for an override network, so they will always point outward.
