Fantastic texture weirdness

I've got texture problems. One on zoom level, suddenly most things go on the fritz!

Here is my latest city, Region 1.

Stats:

I use a MAC with RUSH HOUR. The computer is a MACBOOK but it does not have Universal Binary.

The textures often affect zoning and intersections.

That's a road running east-west (separate from the rest of the city)

That's a railroad running north-south (also separate and there for the purpose of demonstration)

Commercial zones have SOMETHING in them.

The NYBT Chinatown LOTs.

Some of Kevdan25's fast food restaurants and associated props. This includes the KFC-A&W combo store, Sonic, McDonald's, and Dairy Queen.

The "Money does grow on tree" lot

NAM with latest version installed except for the left hand plug-ins and the turning lane plug-ins.

Pegasus Productions lots. This includes the Hydroelectric Dam and Geothermal Power Plant, along with their respective dependencies (Peg Ponds II, Security Fencing). Also the 24-7 mod.

The pastures and flora pack of RRP...though I have noticed strange textures before it.

World Trade Center and associated props.

Personally, I think the problem stems from NAM (possible internal conflicts in it) as I did notice some warning signs early on.

I have this problem with windows 7.

1. Zoom in or out and your wierd occurances will dissapear

2. CTRL, ALT, DELETE, click on God mode (a cheat) once all your God mode things are visible because of the cheat then zoom in or out.

These things work for me. Hopefully they work for you.
