Mahanja started as an city for offices and rich people with an maximum limit of 1m citizens but then the city started to grow really fast.

Looks good, I'd work on the image uploading, I don't think many people will want to copy and past URL's to see pictures

Does this city really have 8 million citizens? 

I can't really tell by the 2 pictures I was able to see...
