Hello, as Asheroo is making San Fransisco, I'm now going to give Rio a try. Same as with the San Fransisco map the scale is too small, so it won't look exactly the same! I'll give it a try. This is my current progress.

Rio de Janeiro.

See you next time. Then I'll show you the progress at the lake + beach side, and some of the main highways. 2.gif

    @ Jazye:

About Timet: I'm currently changing the first CBD (with stadium 2.gif 2.gif but the flat area is not very fun to use for making a big city. I'm thinking about Timet's future. Maybe I'll add a huge custom highway with big interchanges, and buildings within it. It's not dead! I'm still developing it, but I didn't  feel like adding a huge update. Now that I have holidays, everything may change 2.gif.

About Bocksburg: The lack of building diversity got more and more, as now you'll see huge numbers of buildings which look the same.. maybe if we will be able to make our own, I'll continue 2.gif

Hello, here's my current progress around the lake. Also the first main highways have been build, but they may be changed a bit as I get on, because of the small scale the map uses. Well here it is! 4.gif

The city slowly expands around Christ the Redeemer...

This interchange will probably get a makeover.

So far everything's going very well! It's a very cool city to re-make because of the wild landscape and the big highway interchanges. I'm very positive about it! I hope you too.

YES! I love this map -- the city is carved into the landscape, no matter what you do it looks so alive, like a vivid painting!

Thanks, I'm trying to make it as realistic as possible, and it's very pleasant if you guys even recognize parts!

    - I'm now constructing the highway along the long beach (forgot the name, will look it up later) and the clover-shaped interchange near the Airport. More will follow tomorrow and thanks for all the nice comments/ many views!

The Interchange at the Logoa has had a makeover. Now it's totally on land and there's more space for the appartements around it.

    The interchange isn't finished yet!

The next update I'll show you the progress on the other highways, and maybe the first favela's around the Lagoa. See you on Saturday 2.gif

For anyone thinking Rio de Janeiro is dead: It is NOT. Good weather has visited Holland and it was too good to let it pass by 2.gif I'm updating the highways along the coast, and the first favela's have settled down near the Logoa. See you in the next update which will come, eventually 2.gif
