Quick question about wealth

If a building gets occupied by people in a lower bracket (example:. a high wealth building "downgrades" to medium wealth), will high wealth ever move back in if the neighborhood improves? Or does the building need to be demolished to become high wealth again?

if the neighborhood improves your high wealth will move back in... don't forget your high wealth sims need high wealth jobs or they will keep being down graded

Maybe the hospital and/or schools are 'pocked picked'.

Because that, most of high wealth builgind "downgrade" are high density, because the local population grows but the public services not.

Yes, as Tyson said the building will upgrade once conditions improve, you can achieve this by improving transportation, placing open grass areas, building higher wealth jobs ect. Good luck!
