How to build a MAPP

 I've just started using the MAPP, and I saw that some users covered the whole park with the MAPP's base texture/sidewalk. I can't figure out how to do it, and I could also use some tips. My current Park:

The sidewalk is one of the pedestrian malls - sandstone, if memory serves me correctly. I'm reasonably certain they come with the NAM.

To search for the ideal city today is useless. For all cities are different. Each one has its own spirit, its own problems, and its own pattern of life. As long as the city lives, these aspects continue to change. Thus to look for the ideal city is not only a waste of time but may be seriously detrimental. In fact, the concept is obsolete; there is no such thing.

     I have the latest NAM. Where can I find the sandstone pedestrian malls? I am currently searching the STEX.

    They come with NAM. They are in the Road Menu - looks like a plaza lot. Use "Tab" to cycle through the various textures.

    You can use them with growable lots too!!. However you cannot use it with residential otherwise there will be a no car zot above.
