Trouble downloading

Im Using FireFox and im trying to download the Functional Landmarks Complete Set v1.0 and Super Ordinance V2.0 Mods but everytime i click on Download i get this message:

The connection was reset

       

 *   The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few

          moments.

 *   If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network

          connection.

 *   If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure

          that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Any help or guidance please? thank you

Your security settings are probably too high, lower them and the download box should show.
