Paper/Cardboard Box instead if structures

I'm new to adding BAT's to my SIMCITY4 game. Most of the builings and structures I downloaded from simtropolis and I'm trying to install appear during gameplay as Paper/Cardboard box (like a shipping box) that says simcity.com. What can I do to make it work properly? Thanks

If you read the readme's and the file descriptions, many of them have a list of "dependencies." If you don't have certain dependencies, the buildings are missing a file in the game, so the game will substitute them out for the boxes.

Go back to the files you have downloaded, and download every dependency, and you will not have this problem. I guarantee it.
