Your second sign (Tobin Bridge) should be for a RHW-10.

I should have posted this before, but I have one more request(Make it for RHW-6):

On this sign, leave off the"Both lanes", and instead put"Left lane"

    signrequest3.jpg

As well, for the other two signs, I just need to say some things.

1)For the South Station sign, can you please make it RHW-4 If possible?

2)For the Tobin Bridge Sign, make both RHW 6 please.

    Thanks for everything!

Nathan, no worries about the extra sign.  2.gif

Regarding the first two, however - the scaling of the signs makes it nearly impossible to "down-size" without losing detail.  I'll give it a shot, but look for the signs to stay the way they are.

Wow, pretty nice signs you all are making so far on here, not trying to make your day worse by requesting a sign but this is one i would like to have in my cities to have them unique in my upcoming City Journal 9.gif .

Hello ya'll. My cities are based in Texas and I hope you don't mind if I ask if the following sign be made available.

    http://eye-ride.com/wp-content/uploads/2006/09/Texas%20Sign.JPG

(for some reasone the  picture doesn't want to show)

As you can see, there is a sign below the main one that says

    "Proud home of President..."

Please remove that, and in its place, please put

"A good place to hang your hat"

Thank you so much and thanks for all the wonderful works you've done!

Would you mind doing some Norwegian overhead,  and road side motorway/  ring road signs, and possibly some normal Norwegian road direction signs?

I know, i am a BATter myself but i haven't got much time to make these, yet i would really like some.

Overhead orange signs (these are often on avenues, or inner city highways in Norwegian cities)

    Shoulder side ramp sign:

Regular road direction signs (exactly what they say is not relevant, as long as it's just got the general design:

Seems I've got more work to do. Anyway, here are my first Norwegian sign drafts:

I used DIN1451 Mittelschrift Alt, because somehow, Roadgeek 2005 Clearview doesn't work in Inkscape. I believe they use Clearview in Norway.Tell me if you like it.

    Maarten

Wow, these signs look great and i'm from Norway too.

And the middle sign of the Norwegian signs pictures (Overhead motorway signs), i pass by this sign everyday - many times in the day too and i live about 10 minutes drive south of this(same way as the picture is taken and the direction the car under the signs are driving).

One little correction though. It's "G

Great work on the signs done to date and it looks like some exciting stuff is on the way! My one qualm is that all these signs are only ever made in RHD. My highways are lonely.....

Anyway, could I ask for the German Variable Speed Boards in LHD? They're very close to what they're starting to install on new highways around me.

Sorry I don't have any coomparison pics, Google doesn't believe in updating Street view around here, all the pics are from 2006 (or at least a long time ago) and the signs didn't exist then.

@jdenm8: Hmm... It would only require some re-renders, but I think I can do it for you.

    @DCMetro34: You're welcome!

@Shanghai Kid: Sotted that typo too. This will be corrected in the final version.

There seems to be a problem with the German Matrix Signs Pack:
    unavngivets.jpg

I haven't experienced this problem with any of your other road packs, so i think it's a bug of some kind.
It looks good when you build on totally flat ground, the bug only appears if you place the signs on slopes, etc.

I hope you can do something about it, Maarten42.gif

Now for a pic with a sign build on flat ground:

Thanks for reporting that bug, ImVhOzzi. It seems that I unintentionally enable "Orient on Slope". This bug will be corrected in the next version, which will also contain LHD versions of these matrix signs.

I have a partial solution without anywork from Maarten.  Try taking a street tile, place it where you want to put the sign, and put the sign there. That way, the slope is all around, the sign stays level, and Maarten remains happy and can keep doing requests. BTW, there are tons of requests before the Norweigan signs on this page. But the Norweigan signs look awesome so far!

@mrtnrln: Sounds good, that was the only annoying thing about the signs. Once again, you've done some good work44.gif

By the way, which program do you use to make the sign drafts?

@citiesxlfan42: Yes, i know i can do that, but it will make the landscape unrealistic, and can cause some problems with RHW. I'll show you what i mean, when i have a picture. And mrtnrln also said this: " It seems that I unintentionally enable "Orient on Slope".". It doesn't sounds like it requires a lot of work to fix that, and he have done numerous sign packs.

ImVhOzzi: I use Inkscape, my friend, and open source vector-image editing program. Check out inkscape.org for the download link.

citiesxlfan42: Those requests are American signs, which is the speciallity of Ryan B. and Blue Lightning. I do European and fictional designs, in case you didn't know 2.gif

Still rendering those LHD Matrix signs. It takes quite a while, but since it only involves some mirroring of the models, this isn't a hard job

Inkscape, i'll keep that in mind. I also like the Norwegian signs, they look a little Danish, the only difference is that Danish highway signs are green.

Does it have to be a specific road sign per say? I have one that needs to be placed in Wakita for my city Journal, if you could take a look that'd be great!

It's just to the North of Main St. at Oklahoma 11A, Wakita, OK

Use Street view and check it out. It's the big blue sign!

    Nice work, Maarten!

Nathan's signs are ready & should be going out soon, along with the airport terminal signs. The next project I'm taking on is a selection of Heblem's requests.

    Thanks for your patience!
