Sc4 Tool TE Problem...

Hi there,

im having a problem with the Transit enabler on SC4 tool, It seems i am unable to save transit changes to my new lot... heres a quick picture of it, please don't bash it, im still working on it.

Anyways, i want to Transit enable it but...

can somebody help me here? ive tried lots of things myself, creating copys with different file names, still nothing. the most annoying thing is, that the TE appears to work fine on all my other lots, but not this one! Either that, or could sombody suggest an altentive Transit Enabling Program?
