My sims keep moving out of my city!

I have created several cities and I've never had this happen before. I like to put in a few of the "my sims" just to keep track of my areas and well I think it's cheesy fun! Well I have put sims in all parts of my city and they all keep packing their backs saying there is no desirable place to live. What gives?! Police, health, and education are fine, maybe education could be a little better, but it's no different than anything I've had before. Commute time is fine also. What would cause this you think?

your sims could not have the appropriate job

to add: are you talking about sims from the my sims panel or just zoning residential? if you are referring to 'my sims' panel sims they should never move out of your city, but instead will move to more desirable locations in the city. the sims from the my sims panel will move up in their careers pretty fast causing them to want to live in the most desirable locations on the given map. your sims from the my sims panel, however, may work out of town... they will be back though in time for dinner

What most likely is happening is your My Sims are too educated and have moved up to a higher wealth level but there are no houses in that level for them to move into. If you open the newsfeed after a Sim moves out, you can see the chain of events leading to them leaving.

You need to make sure you have low, medium and high wealth houses as well as jobs to accommodate them.

Rymac91 that's exactly what it is! I just realized it, I have absolutely no high wealth homes. Thank you so much everyone for your suggestions.
