A random RHW piece appears after I plop a highway streetlight?

This is before I try to plop a streetlight on the highway

But after I plop a streetlight piece on the side, a random RWH piece just appears, I don't get it!!!!!

It looks like you still have the old RHW mod installed (this can be seen by the old V30 textures). The piece that appears is the old 90 degree short curve from v30, which is removed from v40 (which uses a model instead). Remove the Rural (not Real) Highway Mod folder from your NAM folder. It's in any case not the lights; it happens with any lot or zone.
